Pc can't enable SVM

Whenever I enable SVM in bios and save & close the pc then shows no input but the leds remain on, when i restart it by holding the power button it simply shuts off with the leds on and turns back on still with no picture, when I flip the power switch the leds turn off and remain off even when pc is reset (still no picture) leading me to reset the bios using jumper pins to which the pc starts right up.
I've tried mostly everything.


Ryzen 7 3700x, B450M DS3H Wifi, RTX 2060 KO, 4TB Seagate, 16 gb 3200 mhz ram (2x8).

Main PC

Ryzen 7 3700X, Nvidia GeForce (EVGA) RTX 2060 KO, 16GB ram.
