Black screen no display when i turn on the computer. Not even bios

So i just bought second hand gpu its normal for 1 day. But today it suddenly have black screen after i leave it on for few hour to test it. 

 

Ryzen 7 5700x

Asrock b550 pro 4

Zadak twist 3200 32gb

Teamgroup mp33 1 tb 3x4 ssd

Psu msi a550bn 550w

Used rtx 3060 evga

 

Could it be its a bad gpu? Or other part? Other part are brand new

 

And when i turn on the computer, i can still hear windows 11 startup sound.

If you still have an older gpu, I would try maybe tossing that gpu back in to see if it operates as it would normally.

Yeah. Only this step i cant do because there no other gpu. Do static electricity in pc case can affect computer to make display?
