Rx 7800xt pc

Hi guys,I am building a new pc, ryzen 5500,rx 7800xt,2x8gb 3600mhz g skill ripjaws ram, msi b450 motherboard,msi mog a850g power supply,samsung 970 pro nvme SSD, 3 TB wd purple hdd,128 gb sata SSD, problem is every parts arrived except to the psu,and the psu is delayed for a week,I have a Corsair cv450 power supply, can I trial run the pc with the Corsair one just to check everything is working ? Not to strees test anything, I calculated the power draw and it is 400w, I'm so conflicted about this I'm afraid it might damage the GPU or the psu might catch fire or blow up

Please helpout guys
