Customizing linux

So i finally installed linux mint and its a great experience so far, however i wanted to customize it so it can a lot better than it is

i had to themes in my mind

first one was

and 2nd one was ( which i like a bit more cause of its minimalism and aesthetics)

but unfortunately  its for xfce edition is it possible for me to run this in my cinnamon desktop ?

tbh i have no idea if you can, you should look at the install instructions, and see if you can figure it out. But something that you definitely can do, is just installing xfce, and then installing the theme on it, its rlly not hard to install a second desktop environment
