So recently I found a MSI GE76 for 600 dollars in Costco. I also have enough money for a 1000 dollar PC. I don't know which one to buy.

2. What is the spec of the laptop and the pc

3. Which perform better for what you do

The laptop is just about the same as the PC.

I'm not sure. I don't know if the screen on the laptop is color accurate, although I can just get an external display, isn't it just worth buying the desktop instead?

Just go with computer, there is no reason to go with laptop unless you need a laptop.

As for the spec the desktop 12700K is way better than the 12700H on the laptop, and for RTX 3060, the desktop perform slightly better than the laptop one. So overall the computer is a better pick not only for the spec but also for the future upgrade.
