Resizable bar issue....

I have an arc a750

mobo-Gigabyte b550m d3sh

 

Recently i tried to update my drivers.After the update pc was booting but monitor was black.It lights up but doesn't show anything.Keyboard,mouse doesn't work as well.I reset my bios and it works again.When I turn on resizable bar thats when the problem occurs.I tried older drivers but no solution.
