Pretty weird 'user profile service failed the logon' issue

around few weeks ago my laptop suddenly started to show me this error when I tried to boot it. After the restart it was fine so I assumed that it was just one-time issue, but after few days of usage it came back.
basically it goes - turn my laptop on -> user profile service error -> restart -> it's fine now -> fine for couple of days -> error again -> repeat

 

I've looked it up online but seems like I'm the only one who have this 'error, fine for days, then again' kind of behavior, also for me this error always happens right after booting, not when you're trying to log-in

 

Any tips would be appreciated
