That all looks like very capable hardware, quite recent, too. My first guess would be that it's a driver issue.

 

You can try updating your drivers, and using the "Clean Install" checkbox to remove any old drivers and settings.

 

If your drivers are already up to date, or that doesn't work, I would suggest using DDU in Safe Mode to totally remove your Nvidia drivers and settings, and then reinstall the Nvidia drivers again from scratch.

Overclocking your monitor could certainly cause a black screen. Have you already removed the overclock? If not, I'd start with that.

In that case, I would look into potential issues with the GPU driver.

 

Have you updated the driver to the latest version while checking the Clean Install box? There was just an update a few days ago for Nvidia, so unless you update immediately whenever it's available, you should be able to try that.
