Helping somebody pick a phone with a budget of $200

Elarion

Currently trying to give somebody advice about a phone purchase. Their budget is $200. They're looking at these three:

Blu G73

Blu G93

Moto 5G 2023

Is there any reason to get these instead of a used phone like a Pixel 4a5G or Galaxy S21 FE? I have a hard time believing they'd be better, they look like flat out e-waste with bad cameras, 4GB of RAM, etc.

honestly, if you can go used an s21 fe is the best you'll get. You can check refurbed phones if you want since the pixel 6a is hovering around that price and is great for the money Amazon.com: Google Pixel 6A - 5G Android Phone - Charcoal (Unlocked) (Renewed) : Cell Phones & Accessories

Also the Nord N20 Amazon.com: OnePlus Nord N20 5G | Android Smart Phone | 6.43" AMOLED Display| 6+128GB | U.S. Unlocked | 4500 mAh Battery | 33W Fast Charging | Blue Smoke : Cell Phones & Accessories

The A24 can be had around that price too Amazon.com: SAMSUNG Galaxy A24 (SM-A245M/DS) Dual SIM,128GB + 4GB, Factory Unlocked GSM, International Version (Ring Grip Case Bundle) - No Warranty - (Black) : Cell Phones & Accessories

And the a54 is quite a bit more and is locked to specific carriers but it's an a54 Amazon.com: SAMSUNG Galaxy A54 5G (128GB, 6GB) 6.4" 120Hz AMOLED, 50MP 4K Triple Camera, US 5G / Global 4G Volte (GSM Unlocked for AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro, Global) A546U (w/ 256GB SD, Awesome Black) (Renewed) : Cell Phones & Accessories

From the models you lister, S21FE is hands down the best option.

Alternatives such as Pixel 6a could make sense if in the price range.
