Liquid cooling compatibility

So I'm looking at the xspc razor full cover liquid cooling block for the gtx 770. It says its compatible with reference design cards. Do cards such as the evga gtx 770 acx? I know the cooler is custom but I'm assuming the PCB is the same. Can someone give me some insight as to what cards work with this particular water block? Thanks.

Get a reference cooler
