laptop fps problems

I am on a laptop with a rtx3060 laptop gpu and today randomly my games ar locked at 60 fps for no reason i have found. my monitor runs 240hz and my mouse feels like it is 240hz but my games are capped at 60 fps valorant osu mincraft.... league... i dont understand i tryed roll back on drives gpu but that did nothing so updated back to the newest do still capped any of u have any ideaa how to fix this ??
