Windows installation issue.

I encountered a problem after switching to a solid state drive. Basically i want to use it as a boot drive but after windows is done installing from a flash drive it resets and goes back to the installation windows installation menu. I've tried many online solutions but none of them worked, that's why im asking here. Could it be old mobo bios? Or a corrupted windows media creation tool?
