PC started rebooting randomly and under load like two weeks ago and this become worse.

I made some of diagnostics and not sure what is culprit: bad CPU or bad motherboard (Thinking VRM).

When i load OCCT and running cpu load separately on each core, on core 4 my pc instantly rebooting, but in lighter load (small Block size, normal load on core 4) it can work longer and again reboot.

Whea logger writing me 18 event, hierachy error, but after kernel power critical error.

Again i disabled memory XMP and CBS in bios to make it stable at just load Windows and do basics.
