Powerbank Coil Whine on a particular phone

I just bought an Anker Powerbank of 10k mAh and when I put my OnePlus 9rt on charge it emits a coil whine sound from the charging circuit.

I tried some phones and below is my observation:

 

Oneplus 9rt- Whine

Oneplus Nord CE3 Lite- No Whine

iPhone 11 Pro- No Whine

Xiaomi Note 12 Pro- No Whine

 

Is this normal issue?
