Hello, I am having a problem, and I am at my wits end with trying to solve it. Every time Windows boots, it freezes for a couple seconds after login before resuming. It will also sometimes do this when clicking on settings and opening videos. When loading video games, sometimes the screen will go black before coming back. Everything is on the latest drivers, and it is a clean Windows 10 installation. Already ran DDU to destroy any possible traces of any other graphics drivers. I have tried while booting with my old MSI RTX 2070 Super Gaming X and problem persists. I have Cleared CMOs on the motherboard and XMP has no effect on it either.

Sometimes when launching a game, it will go black and all sound will cut off, but then will come back, and I will be able to game as normal. My Monitor, is a Samsung Q90T with latest firmware and game mode enabled, with Freesync Ultimate at 120HZ and 4K (HDMI 2.1). Though I game at 1440p 120HZ. Happens at lower hertz as well. I really don't know what to do next. Interestingly, when I turned G-Sync off, the black screen problem went away but the others persisted. Thank you for your advice.

The Bios has been updated from launch, though the new V5.50 has just been released. All AMD Drivers are installed. The issues happened on a relatively fresh installation of windows and I have performed a clean boot with clean drivers and the issue still persists.

Unfortunately, I have lost my usb stick, so I have had to order a new one. So I cannot update bios at the moment.
