i want to get new ram but dont know what is best my system currently:

b560m h motherboard

i9-11900f cpu

4 tb storage

3060 ti

16 gb(2x8gb) 3200mh memory

i was looking for 32 gb of ram what do you recommend and what speed can my motherboard handle?

Simpler solution is to add 2x 8GB sticks of the model you already have, I think you can run 3200 on 4 sticks

AMD R9  7950X3D CPU/ Asus ROG STRIX X670E-E board/ 2x32GB G-Skill Trident Z Neo 6000CL30 RAM ASUS TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7900 XTX OC Edition GPU/ Phanteks P600S case /  Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 ARGB cooler/  2TB WD SN850 NVme + 2TB Crucial T500  NVme  + 4TB Toshiba X300 HDD / Corsair RM850x PSU/ Alienware AW3420DW 34" 120Hz 3440x1440p monitor / ASUS ROG AZOTH keyboard/ Logitech G PRO X Superlight mouse / Audeze Maxwell headphones

Your motherboard only has 2 slots right? I checked the specs so the only thing you can do is buy two 16gb sticks, just sell your current ram and use it in dual channel mode. Since you're using 11th gen, your motherboard can handle 3200 at max, and a total of 64 gb ram if you use two 32gb sticks. What Hard drive are you using? M.2 or Sata SSD?

board only has 2 slots so youll need to resell your current rams

B560 supports ram oc so running 3600 and above is no issue but gear 1 will problabaly be limited to around 4000, you can problably do 5000+ gear 2 but not worth the hassle

just buy whatevers the cheapest 2x16 3200 or 3600 rated kit you can find, branding doesnt matter as the ram ics come from the same few manufacturers (samsung, hynix, micron, etc.)

If you are looking for fast rams buy some hma82gu6djr8n double sided 16gb hynix djr sticks and lazy overclock to ~4000 which is just plugging in someone elses profile for hynix djr and making minor adjustments if neccesary
