I think it would depend on the company the product is from. Some are open to it but others guard it due to proprietary designs they want to keep secret.

yea like always some manufactors are for more money and some of them aren't simple as life

If the documents are behind paywall, then sharing them is counted piracy. Otherwise it's just about copyright. So fine as long as creator is credited accordingly.

so if i get it correctly sharing schematics for free are piracy, and paying them not

Thats very polarized take. You are free to share anything others can find posted elsewhere, anything you have made by yourself, or have explicit permission from creator to share publicly. Like if you have commissioned someone to create something for you, there might be something in that contract that says you don't have rights to publish them without permission.

If something is not already publicly available, is behind paywall/subscription or you don't have creators permission to share, then its under the piracy rules (aka sharing things without permission from the owner).

As example. Sharing videos from Youtube, Dailymotion or Twitch is fine. Sharing movies or series from Netflix isn't. Sharing openly published articles from pretty much any site is fine, sharing arctiles that you need to have account and/or subscription to read is not. So sharing schematics you have found or seen on other open forums, or have asked creator permission to share is fine. But no permission or seen only in some closed groups, not ok.
