Is it ok for a Duke MSI RTX 2070 OC (3x fans) to run at an average of 78C (90-100% usage)? If so, I need a recommendation for a RTX 2070 waterblock

Absolutely.聽 No problems at all, 78C is well within safe temperature range 馃檪

Its warm, but not dangerous for long term use.
