Does anyone know if there is any difference between these two products other than the RGB?

Also, does anyone know if this cooler can fit in a mid-sized case, e.g. 4000D?

Finally, is there any other cooler that you think is better at this price point? I've read that the DeepCool Liquid Cooler LT720 is maybe a little better than the Artic but that it is noiser. That's why I am leaning toward the Arctic. There are also the LIAN LI coolers, this or this, which seem to have a decent reputation, but, again, are said to be on the loud side.

I'm pairing this with the i9-13900k. But, I'm not doing anything too crazy over here.

Your case manual will tell you all the clearances and radiator sizes that it supports.

Basically all AIOs are the same. There’s only one company that produces the blocks so your only difference in the generation of the block. Your only differentiating factor is the rad size and the fans. Just get one you like the look of. Most will be able to be set to silent mode where it won’t be the loudest component and none will struggle with cooling even with a 13900K. You can even air cool that as long as you’re not putting an all core load onto it.
