Weird Problem When Gaming

My Old 1tb hdd in my computer about a month ago became a little slower
and after a while playing games it would just go to a black screen and come up no signal so i had to restart pc 

my pc specs are
16gb ram running at 3200mhz
ryzen 5 3400g no gpu

but i mostly play frotnite from my boot drive 240gb ssd i have no problem playing fortnite can play for hours

i thought it must be the hdd so ive taken it out and thew it away
 

so i installed a 256gb nvme samsung drive in my pc i got on sale really cheap
installed just cause 2 on it yesterday and played for maybe 15mins or so no problems
then today installed saints row iv re-elected was playing it for like 40mins or so and got the black screen no signal again

what could cause this? since fortnite can work fine
