Bottlenecking/hardware issues

Hey guys I'm having an issue where I can't play any game besides csgo2 due to crashing errors I know my computer has at some point said there was an error with dx12 haven't been able to solve that issue however its gotten worse as when I try playing forza horizon 4 I can't go through speed/drift zones without the game freezing and crashing I'm wondering if it's a cpu or gpu issue I'm currently running an amd ryzen 5 32 or 3600 can't remember exactly at the moment and my gpu is a gtx 960 (upgrade pending) too broke to buy a newer one with this market.  Pretty sure it's the graphics card as it's going on 9 years old

there is no bottleneck related issues mentioned anywhere. You have some sort of hardware instability, graphics card, ram and CPU would be my suspect when it comes to stability (in that order, not all at once).

you could look for a used RX 580 8GB or RX 5700 XT, either should be well under 100 bucks used, and will SMOKE your GPU for performance.
