Made changes to your cpu cooler (that cpu runs cool), your RAM, case and psu. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.

13500 + 6700xt + 32gb 3200c16

Windows doesnt need a key but if you want one anyways just buy an oem key off a cheapkeys site like scdkeys, kinguin, etc. For 20$

Buncha optimizations mainly boosting specs by cutting down on uneccesary stuff

For the price of that 6700xt you can instead pick up a used 6800(xt) or 3080 which is what id reccomend doing (they destroy the 6700xt) as buying new last gen is pretty stupid and the rx 7000 cards are overpriced for whatever reason, but ill leave the 6700xt there if you are fine with being essentially ripped off by buying new

Psu has a 10 year warranty so you are getting the benifits of buying new here, less than a 10 year warranty is useless on psus and you are better off saving 60£ and buying a used 750/850w rm(x) or equivalent for ~50£ used

Cheaper and faster dram ssd

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
