Need a PC for the child

I am looking at getting a used prebuilt pc for my child that I can eventually upgrade a little bit. She is mostly into Minecraft and Roblox at the moment. This will be her first computer and will need to prove that she can take care of it. 

Prefernces:

DDR4

At least 1 expansion slot

can handle a slim graphics card for future upgrade

have at least two sata ports for SSD's

What is your budget and country? Are you specifically wanting an office PC?

an office PC would work just fine for those games (except Minecraft SHADERS) graphics cards for them are tricky, a lot I've seen don't have the capabilities for them, expansion also just depends. I started with a crappy Dell office thing, ran Roblox and Minecraft seamlessly

USA, max of like $200 for now. I want to give her a cheaper machine if possible for her to prove to me that she is able to respect and take care of it.

look at eBay's used for some cheap Windows 10 piece of e-waste to start, finding one working shouldn't take more than $150

Colleges near me sell their old equipment as well. May be worth calling local college

yeah saw some high school near me sold a bunch of 2006-2011 macbooks for dirt cheap
