Hey, i'm having trouble with my 13600kf, I posted this on CPU/motherboard but havn't gotten an answer, so i'm trying here. I've had it for quite some time but i've only noticed now that it does not meet the performance expectations. On cyberpunk, the cpu struggles to keep 60 fps in crowded areas (such as tom's dinner or v's megablock street for those of you who played), i play 1440p dlss quality high settings, but crowd density in medium. Also i did a cinebench R23 and i only score 17000 when i expect something like 23000 from what i've seen online.

Do know that while i built my pc, i am no expert and am still learning, and all the cpu things is probably where i know the least, be indulgent.

my specs:

3060ti

13600kf

Z690 ds3h DDR4

16GB DDR4 3200MT/S dual channel

coolermaster aio

550w psu.

from that you may say the issue is pretty obvious, the psu is too low power. I made this PC with leftover components i had in a pre built, I kept the memory, power supply and case. I checked on power calculators before buying everything else and it was supposed to be okay. I didn't do anything with the bios nor did i try to overclock (since an attempt some time ago resulted in the pc not booting) . So i did some tests:

The cpu is supposed to boost in game to 5ghz, but i'm stuck at 4.4ghz. The tdp is supposed to be around 150w to 170w at max, mine doesn't want to push more than a 100w, while my gpu is using the expected amount (around 200w)

I did a few occt tests:

-When testing for power, my gpu draws around 200w, my cpu draws around 90w to 100w, and the clock speed jumps from 800Mhz to 5100Mhz, giving a average of 4400Mhz (4.4Ghz)

So then to see if it really was the psu, i went and did a cpu only stress test, if it was the psu i expected the draw to go to max tdp (170w) and the clock speed to 5100Mhz,since the gpu isn't being pushed, all the power should be able to go to the cpu correctly right? But that's not what happened:

I did get 5100Mhz but then only reached 100w of draw, which i don't really understand, why didn't it go to the maximum draw but still reach 5100Mhz??

Also one other thing that makes me thing it might not be the psu is my memory, like i said i took it from a prebuilt, it's two no name 8gb memory stick, that aren't even compatible with XMP on my motherboard.

And this is where i don't know much, but i've seen that ram like this can bottleneck a cpu, but i don't know to what extent.

So i'd really like some help there, if there's a software issue that i don't know about that can be resolved without buying anything, i'd like that since i'm not really in a position where i can spend money rn.

Thanks in advance for you time, here's attached my performace while running cyberpunk in a dense area.
