1) Static voltage always crashes my PC.

2) BD PROCHOT Toggle does nothing (there are other higher-level protections I assume, but then why does this exist?).

3) What is C1E?

4) I can undervolt my I-GPU as much lower as I want for some reason without it crashing.

5) Why does too much voltage also crash the system? Can I possibly destroy something with too much voltage? I mean too much.

PLEASE MARK COMMENTS AS SOLUTION IF SATISFIED!!

bigger number better, makes me look cooler.

Then don't use it. Most ThrottleStop users are using ThrottleStop on their laptops. Most leave the voltage set to Adaptive, not Static and most do not report any problems.

Clearing the BD PROCHOT box is only going to fix a BD PROCHOT throttling problem if you actually have a BD PROCHOT throttling problem. It will not do anything if you do not have this problem. Check Limit Reasons. You only need to clear BD PROCHOT if you see BD PROCHOT lighting up red in Limit Reasons.

3) What is C1E?

That is one of the early low power C states that Intel created so their CPUs could reduce power consumption when idle. It used to reduce idle power consumption significantly. More recent Intel CPUs use deeper C states like core C7 which can save a lot more power compared to C1E. If an idle core is able to spend 99% of its time in core C7, having C1E checked or not checked is not going to make any noticeable difference. Intel still recommends leaving C1E checked but it no longer seems to matter if the rest of the C states are enabled.

When using ThrottleStop to undervolt the Intel GPU, you also have to undervolt the iGPU Unslice the same amount. If you only undervolt the Intel GPU, this setting will be ignored. Try undervolting both at the same time to the same amount and you might get different results.

I do not know. Most people use Adaptive voltage and a negative offset voltage to undervolt their CPUs. They never have a problem with too much voltage.

Too much voltage can kill electronics including CPUs. That is why ThrottleStop includes a warning message when you install and first use the program. I cannot remember the exact words but it says something like, "don't be stupid". Trying to use too much voltage would be in that category.
