Can't decide on CPU

Can't choose between 7800X3D, 7900X3D, or 7950X3D.

I'm personally leaning 7950X3D.

I'm aware any of the 3 but especially the last two can be seen as overkill. Not really a concern for me.

Just curious if you had the option between the 3 which one you'd pick if money wasn't a variable.

Budget (including currency): 700 USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, Roblox, City Skylines 1 and 2, lots of horror games, GTA V, streaming, VR, video editing, remote streaming. I kinda do a little bit of everything. I make videos, stream, storm chase, game, edit, 3d model.

Other details I've done quite a lot of hours of research and narrowed it down to these three chips. I'm not really looking for recommendations outside of the 3.

It's currently about 40/60. Although it will probably see most it's use streaming games while also recording. Then editing VODS into highlights and videos.

It will be used a lot for productivity though when it's not used for gaming.

When doing storm chase streams I'm often running up to 15 high demand programs at once. Remote desktop software, multiple radar programs, OBS, police scanners and NWS radio scanners. (Some radar apps really pull resources)

I would probably still pick 7800x3d. The other two are a compromised between gaming and productivity at best and problematic at it's worst. If even the money isn't an issue, the price difference is also a difference.  Fact is those two is  actually loses out in gaming when compared with a 7800x3d. While both 7900X3D and 7950X3D loses with their non 3d counterpart on productivity. Personally, I would say that the best possible options are 7800x3d, 7900x and 7950x. As any game performance you will lose compared if you use the 3d variant, you will gain in productivity. Another to consider is monitor and game resolution. Since money isn't an issue for you or for this argument, does that mean you will also use a 4k resolution? if so, then non 3d 7900x/7950x are a better option. Since as resolution goes higher in gaming, they become gpu limited and these high end cpu would matter less. What's more important are which cpu would performance better at productivities, which are technically the non 3d 7900x/7950x. Just watch reviews, when gaming at 4k, more often than not, these cpu pretty much ties between each other. With that, it all just comes down to "I really just want a 7950X3d". That in itself, isn't bad, if money isn't the issue. I say, just get it.
