New GPU vibrates pc and desk under load

I ordered a NEW Asrock 7900 XT Phantom Gaming from newegg, I noticed under load this gpu will vibrate, it vibrates so much that it can be felt from my desk So i sent it back to newegg for a replacement thinking its just a faulty fan bearing. One week later i get the replacement GPU and it does the same thing, I know for a fact its the fans because when i mess with the speeds it starts to vibrate and can be felt when touching the GPU, At this point i am Stumped. Could vibrations be from something else then a bad fan bearing? it seems like the worst of it is around 1700-2000 RPM

what do you consider a lot of vibration? Any computer with fans running at full tilt will be felt in most cheapo cardboard ikea desks these days

My Asus TUF 6800 XT also vibrates, but only at 2700-3000 RPM, which makes some sense considering the thickness of the fans.

So, I would guess it's the build quality issue if it vibrates at 2000RPM.

But even, then, I don't feel the vibration on my desk, do your PC not have foam pads on its feet?

The vibration may be from an unbalanced fan. Could be a QA issue.

One thing you can do to mitigate the vibrations is to support the GPU with a post fitted with a rubber, foam or felt pad. The vibrations should lessen to some point with this dampening in place.

my case does have foam pads, when i tell you it vibrates its bad real bad. the only thing i can think to do is shove it in my friends pc and see if it does the same thing, he has the same card and model without this issue, but he got his from micro Center. I'm worried that new egg will reject my return since i redeemed starfield. it can with the card as a bundle.
