Computer restarting in loop, when trying to connect new fans to CHA_FAN2 and CHA_FAN3

Hello, bought new fans, and when we tried to connect them to CHA_FAN2 and CHA_FAN3, computer started restarting in loop without any image

Motherboard: ASRock B450M Pro4 R2.0

Processor: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: RTX 2060 Super
New fans: DX120T
