10.4.23_GPU white mobo light issue during 1st bootup only

Hey all,

 

I’m having an issue with my GPU where I get a white mobo light error and nothing shows up on screens.

 

This happens only whenever I turn on composter after I either shut off or hibernate.

 

And it always is that the first boot up is white light, then after turning PSU off and on for hard reboot, it will work immediately after. (every single time)

 

Anyone know what’s going on?
