I upgraded my pc today and my bios color changed from red background to green background with white text, I could access the bios for 2-3 boots but after that I can't access bios anymore, it just splashes a green screen and windows loads up and I can use the pc, even the windows loading screen appears green.

I upgraded the GPU, Processor, CPU cooler and case. This was my old system, I changed GPU to a Sapphire RX 7700 XT Nitro+, CPU to a Ryzen 7 5700X, Case is a TD500 Mesh V2, Cooler is a Deepcool AK500. I updated my motherboard (X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming) bios to F62 from F2, old pc was working fine with the F62 bios update. Windows version is Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2, build 19045.3516. Is it safe to keep using my pc or should I just be safe and shut it down until I can find a solution?

F2 ?  Isn't that way earlier than F62 ?

Gigabyte website said the latest BIOS for that motherboard is F64e

NVM I misread

Probably somethin' went wrong with the bios update.   edit: Turns out I was more blind than I thought.

Ok but what can I do now? I can't flash older bios versions as new CPU won't support it. Could it be because of wrong connection (GPU loosely connected?) or a monitor issue? I can't open the case right now and check because I am handicapped and need help from another person to do that, I can do that later. Also if something went wrong with the bios update wouldn't the same issue show up after I updated the bios or not boot up at all? I have been using the pc for at least a week or more after bios update with the old components.

I see.
Yep, I apologize, turns out I misread more than I thought.

Yeah, if the color is glitchy in Windows too there's a possibility it's one of the new parts causing it.
Me, I'd probably start troubleshooting by swapping the GPU and see if that makes the problem go away.

The colors are fine after the windows loading screen, the green color appears on this screen too (black color is replaced by green), everything is fine after this screen.

I tried uninstalling the GPU drivers using AMD's cleanup utility, it asked me to boot into safe mode and when safe mode booted everything was green tinted like this, not my screen, found this image on google but my system was like this, even after logging in. The cleanup utility finished running, then I booted up normally and still everything was green tinted. Then I started re-installing the drivers and halfway through the installation the green tint is gone and screen is back to normal.

My gpu might be installed in the wrong PCIE slot, could that cause an issue? I guess the issue occurs when the drivers aren't active which become active once I reach the login screen.

why do you think the green color isnt how its supposed to be?

what other "malfunctions" do you experience?  Any?

Just for your information a lot of MSI boards bios change color after updating,  i don't know why this should be different (unless you're experiencing issues other than a "color change", sorry if i missed it)

Also I forgot to mention one more thing I can access the bios settings screen, I thought I can't access it because it doesn't show the mobo logo screen with the shortcuts but if I press the DEL key it can be accessed. Sorry I am a bit panicky, I spent a lot on upgrading my pc so I am worried.

Because my X470 bios screen is supposed to be like this but currently it's like this. After the bios update I used the pc for more than a week and also went into the bios screen 2-3 times to check what the settings are and it appeared normal like the first image above and changed 1 or 2 settings and bios was fine after that too. I don't see any other malfunctions.

Having the same issue with my gigabyte mb and 7900xt, did you ever figure out the cause?
