I want to make sure we're parsing this right. Your goals are:

Starfield 1080p/60

Valorant 4k/60

Warzone 1080/120

?

I think you should maybe reassess here a bit. Valorant is still going to look... the way it looks at 4k, and playing at 60fps will put you at a competitive disadvantage. The game is designed to run on weak hardware at high frame rate.

Also playing anything at 4k means having a 4k monitor. Do you have a 4k monitor? Do you have any monitor at all? Do you have any parts already you can re-use?

Building a €500 system that will playing games at 1080p/60 and esports stuff at higher frame rate is possible but you probably need to look for some secondhand parts to save, and you won't be able to fit peripherals in the budget. 4k gaming for €500 is right out.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

I would reccomend buying used hardware to save money and get more performance. But buying used isn't for everybody.

Intel Core i7 11700F + EVGA FTW3 ULTRA GAMING RTX 3070 OC + 32GB DDR4 3000Mhz RAM + ASROCK Z590 Steel Legend WIFI 6E + Razer Hanbo 360mm AIO + Corsair RM850X + Deepcool CH510 Case + Acer Nitro XV271 280hz Gaming Monitor
