Theming gone wrong - Explorerframe.dll

Hi Guys I did a little bubu while playing around theming my windows.

long story short I need to change a file back to it's original name via cmd

can someone help me with that?

Putting all your settings back to default should fix it.

well I can't open the explorer and I need to change the two Explorerframe.dll 's back to the original name via cmd 

 

I dont know much about the cmd and don't seem to find my way around the text based stuff...

 

I know I need to get to the system32 folder and the syswow64 and delete the current dll 's and rename the old ones but I dont know how to get there.
