Budget (including currency): preferably under $1500

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: LoL, idk, I want to get into more games

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  need keyboard monitor and mouse, I want an upgrade from my Mac (😮‍💨) but don’t want to spend a fortune but also something decently nice

You can compress to a 7700XT or 6700XT if you want to get this to the sub 1500$ gaming system. But beyond that this should go hard for 1080p144.
