First and foremost, I am quite impressed with the trust me bro guarantee. I had ordered 2 mystery screwdrivers and when getting them i had noticed that one of the bits was missing from one of the set when I received it. I understand that these things can happen, and I'm not overly concerned about it. What truly stands out to me is your customer service.

I contacted your support team regarding the missing bit, and I must say that the service I received was exceptional. The response was swift, courteous, and professional. Your team immediately took action to address the issue and assured me that the missing bit would be sent to me promptly. Less than 24 hours later Jackson sent me a email conformation letting me know my bit set was on the way. This level of customer care is truly great.

On a lighter note, I noticed that the two mystery screwdrivers i ordered were very similar in color scheme, Yellow, red and the caps were different colors. While this wasn't a major concern, it did take away a bit of the fun from the mystery element. It would be great if future sets could ensure a bit more variety in the color schemes of these screwdrivers to maintain the element of surprise.

The few issues that I've had in the past were all handled exceptionally well and quickly. The only things I'm dealing with now are the older shirts starting to crack after about 2 years and probably 25-30 washes (cold water and low heat, no softener) I do really like the printing for the Gone Phishing where it's the actual fabric that's a slightly different color instead of a screen print.

This has been addressed in WAN. The point of mystery is being random. What you are suggesting is not truly random, its what humans think as random. But to point, the mystery is rest of the stock that needs to be sold before next batch arrives. I don't remember quite how it was described, but something elong the lines of "the first/top one is picked". So maybe there is 1, 2, 3 or 10 same color ones when your order was fullfilled. Making it truly random.
