Razer Kraken Pro Problem

Hello all! 

 

I recently bought the razer kraken pro! It is very nice, and comfortable gaming headset. Butt, when I play garry's mod I have a problem where the mic cuts out every 4 mins or so. The only i know to fix it is unplug it and plug it back in. Is there a chance there is a driver issue? It only happens with G-mod. Also does anyone know how to take off the the ear cup with the code on it?

 

Specs: ( this was the comp i built in 2012 when i was 12 )

HDD: western digital caviar blue 500 gb 7200 rpm
CPU: intel core i3-3220 3.2 gh
RAM: 8gb 1600 g.skill ripgaws 
Video card: EVGA nvidea GeForce 650ti 2gb 
Motherboard: asus p8 b75-m LE 
CASE: zalman z9 plus

Unplug/Replug, unInstall/Reinstall/Update Razer Synapse.  

 

If it only happens in GMOD make sure Steam recognizes your microphone in its Mic setup and In-Game.

 

All else fail contact Razer if its still in warranty for an RMA and/or help.
