Insult on OP being vague aside, I would still say this even if OP listed their specification. H110M-HDV is bare for 7700 non K and those prices are still absurdly bad unless if you pull it out of a dead Kaby Lake prebuilt PC, the Z5 PSU is like 10000 years old, and that GPU is unknown sauce, cant zoom into the GPU barcode. The only thing id do is throw in a new SSD and 2 sticks of RAM, but even then i doubt it will do us any good for gaming, just desktop use.
