Minecraft specific Micro-Stutters (Please help!)

FranksTake

Hello! Recently i have been experiencing stuttering issues in Minecraft Java Edition. happens every 3 or 4 seconds and only happens in the vanilla version and forge version.

I ran the command /spark gcmonitor and it gives me the reason allocation failure every time I see a lagspike. People have told me that it is probably an issue with Minecraft's garbage collection.

I have tried many fixes that I can't think of but some I know I tried are:

Changing allocated ram (tried 2 - 10)

Shutting down windows explorer

Update my driver in GeForce experience and nvcleaninstall

My Specs:

Computer model: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ROG Zephyrus M16 GU603HE_GU603HE

Graphics card1: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU (4 GB)

Please help I've been trying to fix for years now.

first things first.. dont use optifine.

past that, you're using a horrendously old version of java, i dont exactly recall where MC started to compile for newer versions of java, but you might see some performance impact by changing that.

and past that.. you might just be seeing the oddities of modded minecraft. i dont know what pack or collection of mods you're running, but sometimes it's just pack things you'll spend weeks hunting down.
