Cpu wire won't come out

I'm not sure why but what ever I do this won't come out

Remove the Cha_FAN so you get a better grip on the CPU FAN cable and pull it straight up while doing very slight wiggles.

exactly like @Hinjima says. Don't be afraid to exert a bit of force while wiggling the cables. The whole point is they're hard to remove.

Yeah but uh my issue is I pulled so hard I gave my self a blister from friction burns
