So today I noticed  1014 with Name resolution for the name widget-mediator.zopim.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded. Thought it might because we lost interent for a while but when going back in the past this is the only one from this site was wondering if anyone knows what this site is used for cant really find much. Windows just did a big update so maybe somthing changed there as well. I am on windows 10 pro.

When I tried to do a search on "widget-mediator.zopim.com I received a goofy error message that really didn't say anything.  It was just a blank screen that said "Cannot GET   /"  but when I did a search on zopim.com I get a website advertising for live chat software.  It forwards you to a website called, https://www.zendesk.com/service/messaging/live-chat/?from=zp.

 

 Don't know if that is what you're looking for, so.....

Little bit of search points to chat support widget that use on some websites. 
That one in particular points to Zendesk chat widget.

OK but sense I haven't seen that message before is integrated in a web site the only one I use any kind of messenger on is Facebook or might there be something else going on?
