Country: switzerland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: will be used for games like civ6, red dead online, beat saber, half life alyx, cyberpunk

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I like this build. The 7600 non X is such a fantastic gaming CPU + it comes with a stock cooler. Love it.
I would go with at least  5600 CL36 memory,  5200 CL40 is very slow.

The Samsung 970 evo plus is a bit cheaper I think.
Great GPU 🙂 
Good PSU. The Corsair RM750e is also a solid option.
Overall, great build with some minor tweaks.

well, for me the 970 evo plus is twice as expensive but i think i'll follow your advice for the memory

Alright!  I guess it depends on the country.   In the US the 970 is cheaper but here in Europe ( Me, Norway )  its not apperently.
Good! Faster memory will definitely be better, I personaly run 5600mhz CL36 on my 7700x.
