Budget (including currency): below 2000 USD

Country: $USD

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Streaming on Twitch, playing games for the graphics and not for competitive shooters, and some video editing

Other details I am helping a friend pick out the parts for a new PC because the PC she has is running a Ryzen 7 1800x and an Rx6600 right now. She has a 1080p 144hz monitor and all the other peripherals she needs.

I would like to get the price down but I don't know where I should cut it from so that it can get under the 2000 USD

She has a 7900xtx in the new build and I don't know how good that is compared to the 4070 or 4070ti for streaming and video editing so if I could get some help on that choice that would be nice.

she is thinking of upgrading to a 1440p 120hz monitor in the future but is not until later.

Can we get full list of this old build? Because i think id prefer focusing on getting 1440p144Hz instead, 5800X3D would be far more than sufficient for even 7900XTX.

the build was Dell prebuilt and I'm not sure what the model number is. I only know the PC had a Ryzen 7 1800x and an rx580 original, but she upgraded the GPU to an rx6600.

Dell prebuilt

Nevermind.

@Why_Me build would be the best all rounder, but considering that more of the system will be gaming, Ryzen 7 7700 could be a good open cheaper options there. And yes, i still think 1440p transition would still be better for an all graphics detail system.
