Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Gaming pc including games like warzone,valorant etc. Also for Homework and coding/programing.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I prefer a ryzen 7 5800x but also looking for best option to fit my budget

if i could end up getting a monitor also with my budget then yes i would like too, also i dont really know much about resolution and refresh rate so if you can recommend something i would appreciate it

In that budget range I pretty much can only recommend 1080p144Hz unless if this PC is going to be a doorstop solution.
