hello I am trying to play Sea of Thieves and I want to alt-tab out of the game. but when I alt-tab in task manager it says the game is being suspended.

when I try to fix it by disable background apps permissions, by going to setting, apps, install apps, sea of thieves, three dotes, Advanced options there is no background apps permissions according to this tutorial I found.

Then I tried to Disable UWP in the Group program Edit but windows told me that that file does not exist so I had to find a page that enable it on windows 11/home
https://www.ghacks.net/2021/11/29/how-to-enable-the-group-policy-editor-on-windows-11-home/. after disabling the rule it stills suspended the app.
So here I am trying to find a way to stop windows from disabling my xbox apps once I click off them.

i would try to hit alt-enter to swap to windowed mode... then alt-tab out of it. and see if that works.

usually alt-enter has 3 modes, full screen, windowed and windowed boardeless. so it might take 2 alt-enter's to get back to full screen.
