Air Compressor high vs low

To clean my PC out of dust... should I buy Low or High? I used low before.. but how is high? Low didn't really clean everything.. will high clean my PC better?

 

And what else do I need?

That is not what he needs...

It's like recommending a defragment tool that will "clean up his hard drive"
