My pc crashed to a black screen while playing a low demanding game the other day  so I turned it off. I booted the pc back on a few minutes after the crash and got a cpu fan error and a cpu overheating error on the bios error menu before the bios home even comes up. It hard crashed on that warning screen. I tried a couple more times and couldn’t get past the windows log in without hard crashes. Yesterday I went out and bought thermal paste, cleaned my entire pc with an electric duster and reseated my cpu and cooler. When I turned it back on I wasn’t getting display on my monitor. Got a sort of whirring chunking noise when I turned my pc back on, found out it was my cpu cooler because I unplugged the cord leading from it to the PSU and the sound ceased. Took a few restarts but eventually I did get the screen to display the bios but it proceeded to crash at the bios and not get any further. My intuition is telling me that the cpu and cooler/fan need replacing. If I had to guess my cooler has had issues for a bit with no warnings and has been cooking my cpu. If you have any other ideas, troubleshooting or resources on where I could buy cheap parts thatd be much appreciated! Below is list of my parts on pcpartpicker

Most likely that AIO died or is in the process of dying. Don't know how old it is, but I guess it is no longer under warranty?

Without any cooling your PC will most likely not boot or shut itself off quickly after boot to avoid damage. With some luck this means the rest is still in ok shape, but you will need a new cooler.

Well you very likely need a new cooler. That fan fail warning is intended for the user as a dire warning to shutdown the system and check the component for damage. If the fans are not working on your AIO, there is a good chance the pump ran hot as well as it is being cooled by the same coolant and radiator as your CPU. As a result bearing damage is quite likely, basically no or little water will flow through anymore. Which may be unnoticeable for a long time and low demanding games or windows but at a certain point that can be catastrophic. You have a quite decent AIO but probably have exceeded the warranty period a while ago. A general rule here is to use the warranty on an AIO as a life expectancy plus 2 or 3 years on a really good one. At a certain point it will also have lost so much coolant you will have to pump air through it, which doesn't work. I'd look for a decent tower cooler to replace that unit asap. If you can't fit one, get a new AIO if you must but nowadays they have gotten more expensive (the good ones have, tons of cheap crap available as well).
