PC doesn't boot anymore?

Hi, someone texted me yesterday.. Can you help me with that case?

I have booted windows 10 to windows 11 with a Rufus USB stick. Now it does not boot on error message. No driver or USB rescue stick available. Was running on the PC Windows 11Pro 64Bit on it. Windows did not have the Tep2.0 has been skipped with a USB stick. Thanks for your help.

If the computer has been upgraded to Windows 11 with a USB stick, then that user still has the USB stick. Just tell them to use it to install a fresh Windows 11 and that should fix the issue.

As an alternative, it is also simple to make a Win10 USB stick and install a fresh Windows 10 instead.
