Recently, I looked up some settings for the AMD software. However, the video I followed ended up making my game look worse. So, I reverted to my old settings and checked my FPS. To my surprise, there were instances where I dipped below 144 FPS, which is noticeable due to my 144 Hz monitor. I'm currently searching for optimal settings in the AMD software. I've come across various suggestions; some recommend leaving everything as it is or turning everything off, while others suggest using features like Anti-Lag. I mainly play Valorant and Rainbow Six Siege on an RX 6700 XT and a Ryzen 5 3600. I'm puzzled about not consistently reaching 144 fps in Valorant, considering my specs should be capable of achieving it, right?"

Every part is slightly different as is each game and version of the game from update to update. The only thing you can really do is learn the basic rules of thumb, then adjust, test, repeat.
As always, the best way to find out is fucking around.

What settings in AMD software are you even changing? I don't think you need to change much there other than extra features like Anti Lag. Most settings are in the games.

“Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at.
It matters that you don't just give up.”
