Can't see some threads?

Like IDK why but I can't see http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/152856-any-tips-to-modify-case-fan-leds. The error tells me I can't view the page cause I don't have permissions even though the thread was found in the "General Discussion" category. I really don't mind not viewing that certain thread, but it worries me that my account may be in a little trouble. Anyone explain?
