Potential GPU or PSU problem

Hello guys!
I having a problem since i upgraded my gpu and cant figure out the source of the problem.
About the system:
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x
Mem: 16gb kingston
Mobo: MSI Tomahawk B650
GPU: Radeon Merc 310 7900XTX
Psu: Seasonic GM-850 80 Gold+

 

My GPU or PSU seems to overheat causing random shutdowns. It happened 4 times over the last 2 weeks.
I started monitoring the temperatures and the GPU never gone beyond 88 C (190.4 F) and seems fine. Today i had another suspected overheat and i was unable to turn on my PC for 30 minutes
then i decided to pull the GPU. Then nothing, but after 5 minutes of head scratching i pressed the power button and it turned on. Put back the GPU, checked every cable, run a stress test for 2 hours,

kept an eye on the PSU, fans spinning, barely warm air coming out, GPU at 84 C (183.2 F), everything seems fine.

PS.: They recommend a 800W PSU for this system.

Does anyone has any idea?

Some more info:

- The problem occurred with the GPU on default settings and with an automatic undervolt on both of its bioses
- It only crashed during Diablo 4 and Hogwarts Legacy
Im running the latest drivers an i even reinstalled the system at the day of the GPU upgrade (Win 11 / 64 bit)
