Hi since i broke my monitor on my laptop. it been running slow. And my laptop is running on i3 11th gen cpu. the repair guy said that it is fixed but it wasn't. i tried with other repair shops but it kept running slow. is it possible the first repair shop could have not put enough thermal paste or not screw down the laptops cooler tight enough to make good enough thermal transfer causing the cpu to thermal throttle and slow down. that could be it dont quote me on it but makes sense to me.

Open Limit Reasons and check if anything is lighting up red.

 

Post screenshots of the FIVR and TPL windows if you need help. 

it didn't show red and it did nothing
